Short Description:

ANTON produces titanium clad copper bars by the technology of extrusion and extrusion & drawing. Usually in two stages, firstly take the copper bar put into titanium tube for welding to make composite billet. Usually the titanium tube we used outside diameter is 85~125mm, wall thickness is 6~7mm. Clean up the outer surface of copper and titanium tube inner surface, put the copper bar into the titanium tube, welding seal on both ends of titanium tube with titanium plate by argon arc welding. Extrusion deformation under high temperature, due to the large amount of deformation (usually more than 95%) and the metal is in a state of three-phase compressive stress, along with the large deformation under high pressure, the interface between titanium and copper produce depth metallurgical bonding, generally formed a wide composite wave and composite belt, the compound strength is high. The bending resistance and surface roughness of the composite bar were improved after proper cold drawing, product size precision is also improved.
